Jessica Vaughn from Heavy Hitters wrote an op-ed published by The Business Journal’s Biz Women discussing how she handled being quarantined at home during Covid and used to to grow.

“When the pandemic began, I was ready to completely embrace the stay-at-home orders. Most of my life has consisted of working from home — it has always felt more natural to me. The confines of an office have always left me feeling trapped and creatively stifled.
In 2020, It felt like I was able to take a breath for the first time in a long time. Finally having the freedom to do work on my own timeline allowed me to feel ready to listen and collaborate with my colleagues in a way that left me feeling more energized and inspired.
