Music Business Worldwide featured Symphonic’s announcement that they have promoted Guji Lorenzana and expanded their APAC team.

Symphonic Distribution has promoted Guji Lorenzana to Director, A&R and Client Development, APAC, as the company expands its operations and roster across the Asia-Pacific region.

As part of the expansion, Symphonic has also appointed Arie Legowo as A&R Client Development Lead, Indonesia, and Abegail Ungab as Senior Manager, Content, UGC & Rights Management, APAC. Both will report to Lorenzana.

Symphonic said Lorenzana will now oversee regional A&R strategy, client development and team growth across Southeast Asia, East Asia, South Asia and Australia.

The Los Angeles-based exec previously served as the company’s first Territory Manager, A&R and Client Development, APAC, a role he assumed in 2024.
