The Warner Music Group-acquired Sureel AI and Symphonic Distribution have partnered on Symphonic’s AI initiatives in an effort to unlock additional revenue streams for participating clients.

Using Sureel AI’s technology, which allows owners of compositions, lyrics and sound recordings to track their use in AI-generated content, Symphonic will enable the indie artists, labels and managers who use its services to participate in AI-driven revenue with complete transparency.
Symphonic’s clients will be able to monetize their work if it’s used in AI models and share in the revenue they generate. Sureel will ensure payments are tied to measurable contribution.
