Rockol Music Biz in Italy covered LyricFind’s recent announcement with Monetunes bringing their artists the ability to generate royalties from their lyrics being on digital platforms served by LyricFind.
Canadian lyric and music data licensing company LyricFind has announced a partnership with Monetunes, a global royalty collection and administration platform. The agreement, the two companies announced, “will allow rights holders whose works are administered by Monetunes to generate royalties from their lyrics on digital platforms served by LyricFind.” Under the agreement, LyricFind will license and distribute the lyrics of works administered by Monetunes to services such as Google, TikTok, Amazon Music, YouTube Music, Audi, Deezer, Pandora, and Qobuz.
